Tipa Spicy Red Sauce

A little heat, a lot of heart.

This bold and warm spice blend is Savta’s not-so-secret weapon for the perfect red sauce. Just spicy enough to make you notice, but never enough to scare you off. Use it to bring depth and kick to meatballs, stuffed peppers, mafrum, or even your weeknight pasta.

Savta’s tip: Sauté a spoonful of this blend in olive oil before adding crushed tomatoes. That’s how the flavor really opens up.

Ingredients: paprika, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, granulated garlic, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, clove.
