Eli’s Ninja Creami Hummus with Savta’s Spices

Eli’s Ninja Creami Hummus with Savta’s Spices

Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 24 hours
Total time: About 24 hours + blending
Difficulty: Easy
Kosher: Parve

This hummus was inspired by a reel I saw from Eli and tested Savta style. Smooth, creamy, and full of flavor, made right in the Ninja Creami and finished with Savta’s spices for that lemony, comforting taste we love.

Ingredients (serves 4–6)

• 1 can chickpeas, with aquafaba
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 5 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ tablespoon salt
• ½ tablespoon Savta’s Ktzitzot Blend
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Water or tahini, as needed for texture
Savta’s Za’atar, for topping
• Olive oil, for serving

Preparation

  1. Add the chickpeas and aquafaba to the Ninja Creami cup.

  2. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, Savta’s Ktzitzot Blend, and lemon juice.

  3. Close the lid and shake well to combine.

  4. Freeze the container flat for 24 hours.

  5. Remove from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami on the first cycle.

  6. If needed, add a little water or tahini for a creamier texture.

  7. Run a second cycle until smooth and creamy.

  8. Scoop into a serving bowl.

  9. Finish with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Savta’s Za’atar.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with pita, crackers, or as part of a dip spread. Perfect for sharing straight from the table.

I saw this recipe on my TikTok FYP and just had to try it… I have a love for hummus and my creami! I immediately purchased Savatas kitzizot and Shabbat rice blend. So delicious! This recipe is really good and gives you such a good consistency!!! My only question is, am I supposed to eat it cold or let it defrost in the fridge lol. Either way so good!
